Jallianwala Bagh Kand was held on 13th April 1919 because of Rowat act which was introduced by Mahatma Gandhi with the help of Rowat and he want to spend the idea of Satyagraha in 1919 it was pass through Imperial Legislative Council all Indian members was against it initially because those Indians who were doing political part activities under Britishers to replace it government give power which is at in this act the government allow the political prisoners without any trial they can put them into jail for 2 years on 6th April 1919 Gandhiji started Robert act in many cities and also conducted rallies worker started strikes all markets were closed because of this Martial Law was conducted Martial Law is a law when police unable to handle the situation the power was given to Army that time while Rowat act on 13th April 1919 Jallianwala Bagh Kand was held at that they a good crowd of people or group of people came to Jallianwala Bagh some work am to protest against the government and others came for celebrating Baisakhi festival many of them were not from Amritsar so they didn't know that Martial Law was established the dier which is army and block entry and exit and started shooting on the people because of this many people die dier wanted to make people afraid they started fighting with police attacking on government buildings etc. in return government also started firing and bombing on villages violence was increasing and Mahatma Gandhi didn't wanted that so the Robert Satyagraha was abolished Gandhiji said for a big movement it is important that Muslim and Hindu came together for this he won he started Khilafat movement....
