Answer: Actually the picture ain't that clear and I can't see the intervals. But I could tell how to solve the question:

To find acceleration from a velocity-fime graph we need to calculate the slope. In this graph, for given intervals find the slope of line using

Slope(tan theta)= Perpendicular/Base

And for the interval where the line is parallel to X -axis acceleration will be 0 since slope of the line is 0.
