find out sulabh sauchalay or public toilet .comment on its hygiene level and what kind of system they should use.

the toilets near our place are nearly hygenic but the facilities are becoming worse day by day.the water is not sent correctly to the pipes.even many more problems are faced by the people who use such toilets.so i suggest them to have better facility for water resource.
