3y=-12-2x

y=-12-2x/3

in eq 2

3x+y=13

y=13-3x

from EQ 1 and 2

-12-2x=13-3x*3x will be transferred to LHS

and -12 will be transferred to rhs

so the equation formed will be

3x-2x=13+12

x=25

then we will find the value of y

2x+3y=-12

50+3y=-12

3y=-62

y=-62/3
