Answer:

The physical and chemical properties of a waste materials is explained below.

Explanation:

Waste incineration is one of the implementation channels of the European Union strategy aimed at reducing the amount of waste deposited in landfills. Along with the development of various waste treatment and recycling methods, new wastes are produced. An example is polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle waste that is washed away during recycling. In this article, the physical and chemical properties of such wastes have been analyzed in terms of their application in the electrical industry. This research is a part of the generation for new sources and new technologies for energy . This study considers the energy properties of the waste intended for combustion (calorific value, water content, chemical composition, volatile matter, combustible and non-combustible contents).  Thermal analysis of the tested materials showed that waste is an excellent source of energy. The elemental composition (C, H, N, S, O) of the investigated waste is similar to the biomass material and the calorific value of 13.2 MJ/kg makes the waste suitable for combustion according to the initial moisture content. which, for example, is reduced due to simultaneous combustion in the cement industry. Another possibility is to mix waste with other types of waste to obtain new fuels with more satisfactory parameters.
