5:30 East that I our main time line and 5:30 West so the sum is 11 hours.

the earth routates 360° in 24 hours so in one hour it rotates 15° in one hour and 1° in 4 mint. by this 75° in 5 hours and remaining in 30 mints.

by the way 82.5 is India's standard longitude line so in our mobile the time set is +5:30 GMT means we are 5:30 forward to green witch mean time.
