→As We Know,Vitamins and minerals are considered As essential nutrients.Because They Performs A great Work In Our Human Body And Specially Bones and immune system.So, We need Vitamine In Every situation.

●There Are 2 type Of Vitamins:-

(i)Fat Soluble

(ii)Water Soluble

◆Fat-soluble vitamins (A,D,E and K) dissolve into fat before they can be absorbed and used by the body. As the body can store these vitamins, its means it is not as important to consume them through diet every day.

◆Water-soluble vitamins (C and all the B vitamins) dissolve into water before being absorbed by the body. Any water-soluble vitamin that is not used by the body will be passed out through the urine and will not be stored. This means you need to consume enough of these vitamins through diet on a daily basis.

(2)Which fruit or vegetable should be eaten regularly to get Vitamins?

→◆Vitamin A:-Carrots, sweet potatoes Etc.

◆Vitamin D:-Chanterelle mushrooms,  

◆Vitamin E: Spinach,sunflower seeds etc.

◆Vitamin K: Dark leafy greens

◆Vitamin C: Citrus fruits, bell peppers, guavas, dark and leafy green vegetables
