2 An acid which imparts immunity to the human body & is present in citrus fruits is citric acid.

3 Prednisolone is a steroid which constitutes cholesterol & is produced from the bread mold.

4 Restriction Endonucleases is an enzyme which is used for cutting the DNA into finer segments. These cuts are made at certain nucleotide sequences.

5 In order to join these DNA segments, DNA ligases are used.
