given p(X) = x²+√2x+1

p(√2) = (√2)²+√2*√2 +1

thus p(√2) = 5

P(x)=x^2+√2x+1
P(√2)=√2^2+√2(√2)+1
P(√2)=2√2+4+1
=2√2+5
