peri. of square = 4×side
= 4×21
= 84 cm peri. of 2 semicircle= πr
=22/7×21×2
= 22×6
= 132cm
peri. of sq.-peri.of semi.
= 84-132
= -48 cm
(side can't be negative so ans. is 48)

if, length of one side of square =21
then, diameter of circle = side of square
so, area if shaded part
= area of square - 2(area of semi circle)
21^2 - 2(1/2 ×3.14 × 11.5^2)
=441 - 415.26
=25.74cm^2
then, diameter of circle = side of square
so, area if shaded part
= area of square - 2(area of semi circle)
21^2 - 2(1/2 ×3.14 × 11.5^2)
=441 - 415.26
=25.74cm^2
