The given figure is of semicircle.

Circumference of semicircle = πr

Circumference = 3.14 × 12 = 37.68 cm

Now,

Perimeter of semicircle = Circumference + Diameter

= 37.68 + 2 ( Radius )

= 37.68 + 2 ( 12 )

= 37.68 + 24

= 61.68 cm
