you already know,
pressure = density \times g \times h
where g is acceleration due to gravity and h is height of mercury column.

So given,h=76 meter
density=13600kg/m^3
and you know g=9.8 m/s^2
so \: pressure = 13600 \times 76 \times 9.8
pressure=10,129,280kg/m/s^2 or 10.1×10^6 Pascal.

Thanks.
Tripathy.
