to find radius by this equation
we have to do coefficients of x² and y² as 1-1
So, divide the equation by 2
x²+y²+3x+5y+7/2=0
centre is negative of coefficient's of x and y respectively
centre (-3/2,-5/2)
radius =√(-3/2)²+(-5/2)²-c
= √9/4+25/4-7/2
= √34/4-7/2
= √20/4
