formula to find rational number between two given rational numbers is ,
(a+b) x 1/2
so , on putting up the values we get,
[1/2+2/3] x1/2
[3/6+4/6] x 1/2
7/6x1/2
7/12
to find another number consider 7/12 as a and 2/3 as b
