Heya !!!

To find a rational number between -3/4 and 4/3 :

( -  \frac{3}{4} +  \frac{4}{3}  ) \div 2 \\  \\  =  \frac{ - 3 \times 3 + 4 \times 4}{12}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ - 9 + 16}{12}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{7}{12}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{7}{24}

So the number between -3/4 and 4/3 is 7/24

Hope this helps ☺
