CP of cycle = Rs. 700
Overhead charges = Rs. 50
Total cost of the cycle = Rs. 700+50 = Rs. 750

Profit % = 5%
Profit = Profit % / 100 × CP
Profit = 5/100 × 750
Profit = 37.5 Rs.

Selling Price = CP + Profit
SP = 750 + 37.5
SP = 787.5
