Not only 6, you can find infinite numbers between two numbers.

Write −1

as \frac{-1}{1\\} and 1 as \frac{1}{1\\}

Multiply by 7

(although negative number is present so multipying by less will also work but we generally multiply by a number more than the numbers required) on numerator and denominator on both the fractions

−1×\frac{-7}{7\\}×7\frac{7}{7}

\frac{7}{7}×7

Now choose the numbers between the above two numbers

6 you have asked, so 6 numbers between these two can be

-6 by 7

−5 by 7

−4 by 7

−3 by 7

−2 by 7

−1 by 7

You can choose positive numbers and 0 as well.

Answer:

   \frac{ - 10}{10}  <  \frac{ - 9}{10 }  <  \frac{ - 8}{10}  <  \frac{ - 7}{10}  <   \frac{ - 6}{10}  <  \frac{ - 5}{10}  <  \frac{ - 4}{10}  <  \frac{10}{10}

Step-by-step explanation:

  \frac{ - 1}{1}  \times  \frac{10}{10 }  =  \frac{ - 10}{10 }

 \frac{1}{1}  \times  \frac{10}{10} =  \frac{10}{10}

This is how the answer comes

Hope this helps!!!
