Let the number of rational number we have to find = n

Thus, n+1

=6+1

=7

So, 3× 7/7 = 21/7

And, 4 × 7/7 = 28/7

So, the six rational numbers between 21/7 and 28/7 that is between 3 and 4 are...

22/7, 23/7, 24/7, 25/7, 26/7, 27/8

Given :

  • Find six rational numbers between 3 and 4 .

To find :

  • Six rational numbers .

Solution :

 \large \frac{3}{1}  \times  \frac{7}{7}  =   \red{ \frac{21}{7} }

 \large \frac{4}{1}  \times  \frac{7}{7}  =  \red{ \frac{28}{7} }

Now, we can find 6 rational number

 \large \frac{22}{7} , \frac{23}{7} , \frac{24}{7} , \frac{25}{7} , \frac{26}{7}  \sf \: and \:  \frac{27}{7}

Note : You can write any numbers in denominator within 10 to get the answer .
