For two lines
ax+by+c=0
and
px+qy+k=0

if a/p=b/q, then lines are parallel and hence never intersect.

solution of two lines is the point of intersection of two lines and because the lines never intersect ,there is no solution.

Here is your Answer:

3x - 2y = 5 ×3

9x - 6y = 13

9x - 6y = 15

9x - 6y = 13

(-) (+) (-)

---------------

0x - 0y = 2
---------------
So we can conclude that these equations have no solutions.
