Answer: Infinite many

Solution:

x + 3y = 6 \\ \\ let \\ \\ x = 3 \\ \\ y = 1 \\ \\ so \\ \\ 3 + 3(1) = 6 \\ \\
so one ordered pair is (3,1)

For second pair

put \\ \\ x = 9 \\ \\ y = - 1 \\ \\ 9 + 3( - 1) = 6 \\ \\

hence second pair is (9, -1)

Thus by this way we can find infinite many pairs

like (0,2), (6,0) and many more

Hope it helps you
