Step 3 - Add the divisor with the quotient. Guess a largest possible digit to  become the new digit in the quotient, such that when the new divisor is multiplied to the new quotient the product is less than or equal to the dividend.

Step 4 - Follow the step 2 and 3 on repeat way to find the maximum decimal place values.
