 \sqrt{3(4 - 6 + 10 \div 2)}

 =>  \sqrt{3(4 - 6 + 5)}

 =  >  \sqrt{3(9 - 6)}

 =>  \sqrt{(3 \times 3)}

 => 3

3(4 - 6 + 10 \div 2) \\  = 3(4 - 6 + 5) \\  = 3(3) \\  =  \sqrt{3 \times 3}  \\  = 3
