5 is in multiplication relation with ‘x’ here, as in Left Hand Side(L.H.S)

30 is the given Right Hand Side(R.H S)

According to relations of variables,

To find ‘x’ we will change the positions of respective L.H.S and R.H.S. As i have written 5x means its relation is multiplication.

So multipy is in left side i.e. 5 and when 5 is taken to right side will change to divide by 30(according to relations of variables). Then we will get,

Given,

5x= 30

x=30/5 ____________; (5×6=30)

x=6
