A30 = 10 + 29(-3)
A30 = 10+(-87)

And d = a2 - a1

7 -10 = -3

a3 - a2 = 4-7 = 3

So , common difference is -3

30th term = a + 29 d (an = a + (n - 1) d )

10 + 29(-3)

= 10 - 87

= -77

So the 30th term is -77
