Hey MATE!

Force is given by the formula : -

F = ma

where m is mass of body and a - acceleration of body.

m = 300 g = 0.3 kg
So we put the vales of F and m to find a :

30 = 0.3 × a

a \: = \frac{30}{0.3} \\ \\ a \: = \frac{30 * 10}{3 } \\ \\ a \: = 100 \: m {s}^{ - 2}

Hope it helps

f =ma so 30 =0.3kg ×a and a= 100. and 300/3 =100
