find the amount an the compound interest on 750 lent at compound interest of 12% per annum for 1 year if the interest half yearly

answer is 80.25
divide the rate by 2
and the apply compound interest formula.
p(1+r÷100)t
the t will be 2
p will be 750
r will be 6
the equation will be
750×107÷100
the amount will be 80.25

Nancy96: sorry but it is wrong amount is 842.70 and compound interest is 92.70 and i am student of class 8th so give answer properly
