p=15000 r=5 t=2  under simple interst amt =prt/100=15000*5*2/100=1500rs  1500 is intrest so amt=p+intrst=15000+1500=16500rs under compound interst amt=p(1+r/100)=15000(1+5/100)   =(on making denominator same),(100/100+5/100)15000   =105/100*15000   =105*150=17750
