r(2 \pi -1)=37
r(2*22/7-1)=37
r=7

circumference of circle=2 pi R
radius=R
so difference=2 pi R-R=37m
so R*6.28=37m
   R=5.89m
so diameter=R*2
                 =11.78m
so    D=none
