Angle of elevation \theta of top of the tower of height =10\sqrt3 m  at a point 3m  is given as

\tan\theta=\frac{height}{base}

\tan\theta=\frac{10\sqrt3}{3}

\tan\theta=\frac{10}{\sqrt3}

\theta=80.17^\circ
