Slope of given line m=square root 3
Then tan A=square root 3
A=60 degrees
This is angle made by the line with x-axis
Therefore the angle made by the line with y-axis is 30 degrees.

The angle with the y-axis is 30 degrees.

Given; that the straight line y=√3x-4

To Find; the angle which the straight line y=√3x-4 makes with the y-axis

Solution; The standard equation of straight line is y=mx+c

Comparing the given equation y=√3x-4

m =√3, m is the slope of the line

tanθ= tan60

θ = 60

The Angle made with the x-axis is 60 so the angle made with the y- axis is 30

Hence the angle with the y-axis is 30 degrees.
