Answer:

Answer :

Points to remember :-

Complementary Angles :

Two angles whose sum is 90° are said to be complementary angles.

Supplementary angles :

Two angles whose sum is 180° are said to be supplementary angles.

Solution :

Complementary angles :

Case I : 30°

▶ Let the other complementary angles be x

➡ 30° + x = 90°

  • x = 90° - 30°
  • x = 60°

Complementary angle = 60°

Case II : 80° ➡

▶ Let the other complementary angles be y

➡ 80° + y = 90°

  • y = 90° - 80°
  • y = 10°

Complementary angle = 10°

Case III : 11°

▶ Let the other complementary angles be z

➡ 11° + z = 90°

  • z = 90 - 11°
  • z = 79°

Complementary angle = 79°

Case IV : 87°

▶ Let the complentary angle be t .

➡ 87° + t = 90°

  • t = 90° - 87°
  • t = 3°

Complementary angle = 3°

Supplementary angles :

Case I : 30°

▶ Let the other supplementary angles be a

➡ 30° + a = 180°

  • a = 180° - 30°
  • a = 150°

Supplementary angle = 15

Case II : 80°

▶ Let the other supplementary angles be b

➡ 80° + b = 180°

  • b = 180° - 80°
  • b = 100°

Supplementary angle = 100°

Case III : 11° ➡

▶ Let the other supplementary angles be c

➡ 11° + c = 180°

  • c = 180 - 11°
  • c = 169°

Supplementary angle = 16

Case IV : 87° ➡

▶ Let the supplementary angle be d

➡ 87° + d = 180°

  • d = 180° - 87°
  • d = 93°

Supplementary angle = 93°

Hope it helps you :)
