I think you did mistake in asking question. because we can find angular momentum when we have given at least radius of circular orbit revolve around the earth .

Let radius of fixed circular orbit is r.
m is mass of satellite and M is the mass of earth.

we know, orbital speed of satellite revolving around the earth in circular orbit of radius r is given by v_0=\sqrt{\frac{GM}{r}}

now, angular momentum, L = mv_0r

\sqrt{GMm^2r}
