R = pL/A

where, p is the resistivity

L is the length

A is the area of cross-section

then,

R is directly proportional to length

R1/R2 = L1/L2

20/30 = 1/L2

L2 = 3/2 = 1.5m

Therefore, 1.5m of the conductor can give 30ohm resistance
