So,
Perimeter= $\pi r$
$= \frac{22}{7} \times 7 + (7 + 7) \\ = 36$
IN the rectangle, Perimeter=2(l+b)
$2(8 + 7) \\ = 30$
In the triangle perimeter,
$\sqrt{ {7}^{2} + {8}^{2} } + 7 + 8 \\ = \sqrt{49 + 64} + 15 \\ = \sqrt{113} + 15$
Perimeter of the figure,
$36 + 30 + \sqrt{113 } + 15 \\ = 81+ \sqrt{113} \\ or \: 91.83(approx)$
Again area,
$(l \times b) + ( \frac{1}{2} \pi {r}^{2} ) + ( \frac{1}{2} \times b \times h) \\ = (7 \times 8) + ( \frac{1}{2} \times \frac{22}{7} \times 49) + ( \frac{1}{2} \times 7 \times 8) \\ = 238$
