[ the question is not written in proper form, so I'm writting it again in the proper form ]

Q. Find the area of a piece of cloth having length 12m and breadth 75cm.

[ first of all we need to convert the meter into cm, to do that we need to multiply the number which is in meter from 100 ]

♦ 12m
= (12×100)cm
= 1200cm

[ now we need to find the area of piece of cloth ]

[ as the lenths of sides are not equal, so it is a rectangle ]

area \: of \: rectangle = (length \times breadth)

Length = 1200cm
Breadth = 75cm

Area of rectangle = (1200×75)cm²
= 90,000cm²
= 90,000÷10,000m²
= 9m²

♦ Area of piece of cloth is 9m² or 90,000cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

[ the question is not written in proper form, so I'm writting it again in the proper form ]

Q. Find the area of a piece of cloth having length 12m and breadth 75cm.

[ first of all we need to convert the meter into cm, to do that we need to multiply the number which is in meter from 100 ]

♦ 12m

= (12×100)cm

= 1200cm

[ now we need to find the area of piece of cloth ]

[ as the lenths of sides are not equal, so it is a rectangle ]

areaofrectangle=(length×breadth)

Length = 1200cm

Breadth = 75cm

Area of rectangle = (1200×75)cm²

= 90,000cm²

= 90,000÷10,000m²

= 9m²

♦ Area of piece of cloth is 9m² or 90,000cm²
