Answer:

hey there

ar (llgm PQRS) = ar (∆ PQR) + ar (∆ PSR)

= 2× (1/2 × base × height)

= 24 × 8

= 192cm sq

Hence, area of parallelogram is equal to 192 sq cm

hope it helps you

\boxed{\huge{\red{Answer}}}

PR = 24 cm

ST = 8 cm

Area of ∆ PRS →

\frac{1}{2}\times b \times h

\frac{1}{2}\times 24 \times 8

 96\:cm^{2}

Area of ∆ PRQ →

\frac{1}{2}\times b \times h

\frac{1}{2}\times 24 \times 8

 96\:cm^{2}

Area of parallelogram PQRS →

→ Area of ∆ PRS + Area of ∆ PRQ

96\:cm^{2}+96\:cm^{2}

192\:cm^{2}
