x^2 -6 x +8 = 0
(x -4)(x - 2) = 0
So ..lengh and breadth are 4 and 2...
Area of rectangle = 4×2 = 8 ....

x^2 - 6x + 8 = 0

x^2 - 4x - 2x + 8 = 0

x (x - 4) - 2(x - 4) = 0

(x-4)(x-2) = 0

x = 4 ; x = 2.

Area of rectangle = l*b = 4*2 = 8.
