let the length be l and the breadth be b

according to the question ,

l+15=b

so perimeter = 2(l+b)

58=2(l+l+15)

58/2=2l+15

29=2l+15

29-15=2l

14=2l

l=14/2

l=7

so length is 7cm and the breadth is 7+15=22cm
