Find the area of a rectangular park which is 15 2/3 m long and 9 1/6 m broad.

143.611 metre square 
To find area of a rectangle you need to multiply the length and breadth.
15 2/3 = 47/3
9 1/6 = 55/6 

47/3 * 55/6 = 143.611

area = lb= 15 2/3× 9 1/6
=47/3×55/6
=47/3×55/6
=2585/18m^2
=143.61m^2
=144m^2(approx.)
