then in triangle ABD
AD=50 m(diagonal)
AB=48 m(one side)
by Pythagoras theorem
AB²=AD²+BD²
(50)²=(48)²+BD²
BD²=2500-2304
BD=√196⇒14 m
area of rectangle=lb⇒AD×BD
=48×14⇒672 m²
