in rect ABCD

by Pythagoras theorem
BC^2+DC^2=DB^2
BC^2+(48)^2=(50)^2
BC^2+2304=2500
BC^2=2500-2304=196
BC=√196=14
Therefore the area of rect plot is
l x b= 48x14
= 672m^2
and the diagonal d be 50m
