diagonal or hypotenuse=50m

side or base=48m

other side or perpendicular can be found by Pythagoras theorem.

x  { }^{2}  = \sqrt{}  50 {}^{2}  - 48 { }^{2}

x= 14m

area of rectangle = length *breadth

=48*14

=672m²

Answer:

672m^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Find breadth using Pythagoras theorem:-

50^2 - 48^2=b^2

2500-2304= 196 = 14^2 = b^2

Therefore breadth us 14 m

Thus area = l X b = 48 X 14 = 672m^2
