The diagonals perpendicular to each other. and half of it forms a right angle triangle with the side. let the unknown half of the diagonal be x.
then x² = 13²-12²= 25. therefore x= 5. Then length of other diagonal = 2 *5 =10

The area of rombus= 1/2 × product of diagonals.= 0.5 *10 * 24= 120 cm².
