area \: of \: ring = \pi( {x {} }^{2}  -  {y}^{2} )
Where
x=outer radius
y=inner radius

So,
area \: of \: ring = \pi( {10.5 {} }^{2}  -  {7}^{2} )
=192.5 sq. cm
