given,

sides =12cm , 14 cm , 16 cm

we will use herones formula ,

let sides a b and c ,

sides =a+b+c/2

= 12 + 14 + 16 /2

= 42 / 2

= 21 cm

now,

area = √s(s-a) (s-b) ( s-c)

= √21(21-12) (21-14) (21-16)

= √21 (9) (7) (5)

= √3×7×3×3×7×5

= 3×7√5

=21√5.... answer
