A≈141.99m²

a Side

16

m

b Base

18

m

c Side

26

m

Using the formulas

A=s(s﹣a)(s﹣b)(s﹣c)

s=a+b+c

2

Solving forA

A=1

4﹣a4+2(ab)2+2(ac)2﹣b4+2(bc)2﹣c4=1

4·﹣164+2·(16·18)2+2·(16·26)2﹣184+2·(18·26)2﹣

264≈

141.98591m²

s= perimeter/2= 16+18+26/2 = 60/2= 30

a= 16cm. b= 18cm. c= 26cm

Area of triangle= √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

=√30(30-16)(30-18)(30-26) cm^2

=√30*14*12*4 cm^2

=2√6*5*7*2*6*2 cm^2

=24√35 cm^2
