Find the area of an equilateral triangle which is made by the diagonal of a rectangle who se area is 12cmsquare the difference between the length and breath is 1

since the area of the square is a^2 put it equal to the given area now applying Pythagoras theorem u can find the length of a daignols. since the figure will be divided into 4 parts u may take any one of the triangles cause in case of square they all will be symmetrical... now the height of the triangle will be half of the square that is clearly visible.. now apply the formula 1/2 x base x height to get the area of the resultant triangle...

and plz never see solutions only see the method that's the best way to get better in mathd
