find the area of an equilateral triangle whose perimeter is 12 m.

Area of equilateral triangle = √3/4 ×a²
√3/4× 12×12
36√3

Here is the answer for your question

area of an equilateral triangle =((squareroot(3))x a^2)/4

(square root of 3=1.732, a^2 =12x12= 144)

                                                =(1.732 x 12x12)/4

                                                =(1.732x144)/4

                                                =249.408/4

                                                =62.352m^2
