area of an equilateral triangle is root 3 by 4*side squared. so if the side is given 4 root 3 then, the answer will be-
root 3 by 4* 4 root 3 *4 root 3. thus the answer is 12 root 3.

Hi ,

Let the side of

a equilateral triangle = a units

Area = ( √3/4 ) × a²

A = ( √3/4 ) ( 4√3 )²

= ( √3 /4 ) × 48

= 12√3 square units

I hope this helps you.
