Hi ,
Let the side of an equilateral triangle
= a = 4 cm
Area = A = ( √3/4 ) × a²
A = ( √3/4 ) × 4²
A = ( √3 × 4 × 4 ) / 4
A = 4√3 square cm
I hope this helps you.

Hey!
We know,
Area = ( √3/4 ) × side²
= ( √3/4 ) × 4²
= ( √3 × 4 × 4 ) / 4
= 4√3 cm²
